Because later in the night lots of these girls have made some real good money and are in a mood to party. Plus, since they have already made some great money for the night they are less pressured to hustle you for money and inclined to spend more time with you.

Here's another factor that's in your favor by showing up later in the night. After midnight a good number of the married men have left the club to return home to their wives.
