Distributorship Agreement for Liquid Magnet

Before selling and becoming a distributor of Liquid Magnet,
you must agree to the following conditions:
  1. By selling Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne, you are acting as an independent distributor and are not a representative of Gemini Publishing Company and you are prohibited from representing yourself as such.
  2. You must not use our company name (Gemini Publishing Company) in any of your advertising or promotions.
  3. All new promotional material and Web pages must be agreed with Gemini Publishing Company BEFORE publication or promotion.
  4. You are prohibited from selling Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne to other distributors for resale.
  5. Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne suggested retail price is $24.95 and it has been determined by the consumer market that prices higher than this can decrease sales. Therefore, we would prefer that you sell it at our recommended price of $24.95.
  6. You agree to represent Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne in a ethical and professional manner and not use any deceptive or untrue claims about Liquid Magnet.
  7. You are not allowed to sell Liquid Magnet on eBay. We sell Liquid Magnet exclusively on eBay.
  8. You are not allowed to use our ad copy for Liquid Magnet at: http://www.getgirls.com/magnet.htm This ad is our exclusive ad for selling Liquid Magnet and is copyrighted and on file with the United States Copyright Office.
  9. Resellers are not employees or associates of Gemini Publishing Co. and getgirls.com. Resellers are not permitted to use any of our contents, text, photos, and graphics from getgirls.com on their web sites to advertise Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne.
  10. We are not responsible for any abuse or misrepresentations of Liquid Magnet pheromone cologne by our Resellers.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with you if you violate any of these conditions.
