Filling Orders - As the orders come in, mail your remittance - 50% of the retail price of $24.95, which comes to $12.47 to Gemini Publishing Company. Refunds - Returns are rare (less than 1%). If you have a bottle returned to you, re-mail the bottle to us and we will honor your money-back guarantee on a 50/50 basis. In other words we'll refund you the $12.47 you sent us for dropshipment minus our shipping cost we originally spent to ship it to your customer.
